Please include:

1. the provider name or profile URL
2. the detail you believe is wrong
3. the corrected information
4. a provider-owned source link or other evidence, if available

Do not send client information, veterinary records, identity documents, detailed bite histories, or other sensitive personal information.

Correction and removal requests are handled without charge. We may ask for reasonable evidence before changing a safety-relevant claim.

We retain correction reports as described in the Privacy Policy.
